Banco C6 S.A. is a privately held multiple bank based in São Paulo, Brazil. It trades as C6 Bank. According to its July 2026 shareholder chart, J.P. Morgan Investimentos e Finanças Ltda. holds 46% and the controlling shareholders hold 54%. The bank serves individuals, SMEs and mid-sized companies through an app. Its products include current accounts, cards, payroll and auto loans, a US dollar and euro account, investments and FX. It received a Central Bank of Brazil licence as a multiple bank in 2019 and launched in August 2019. JPMorgan Chase completed the purchase of a 40% stake in February 2022 and raised it to 46% in 2023.
