Bank of Shaoxing Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock city commercial bank with its head office in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China. State-owned shareholders from Shaoxing control it. The Shaoxing municipal state-capital group is its largest shareholder. It provides corporate, small-business and retail banking, as well as international settlement, in seven prefecture-level cities of Zhejiang. It was formed in December 1997 as Shaoxing City Cooperative Bank. It was renamed Shaoxing City Commercial Bank in May 1998 and Bank of Shaoxing in January 2010.
