Commerce Bank is a Missouri state-chartered bank with its head office in Kansas City, Missouri. It is a member of the Federal Reserve System. It is the main banking subsidiary of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., a bank holding company listed on Nasdaq. The bank offers retail, commercial, payments and wealth management services, including Commerce Trust. It converted from a national charter and took its current name in June 2011. It absorbed FineMark National Bank & Trust on 1 January 2026.
