# Credit Suisse International
Credit Suisse International (CSi) is a private unlimited company incorporated in England and Wales on 9 May 1990. Its registered office is in London. Its immediate parent is UBS AG and its ultimate parent is UBS Group AG, which acquired Credit Suisse Group AG on 12 June 2023. According to its 2025 annual report, the bank offered OTC derivatives and is now in a controlled and solvent wind-down. The High Court sanctioned the transfer of its remaining client business to UBS AG, London Branch and UBS Europe SE in July 2025.
