# Noba Bank Group AB (Publ)
NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) is a Swedish public limited banking company with its registered office in Stockholm. Its shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 26 September 2025. Funds advised by Nordic Capital are the largest shareholder, and Sampo plc holds about 10%. The bank offers private loans, credit cards, residential and equity release mortgages, SME loans and savings accounts under the brands Nordax Bank, Bank Norwegian, Svensk Hypotekspension and DBT. It was founded in 2003 as Nordax Finans AB and received a banking licence in December 2014. It absorbed Bank Norwegian ASA by merger in 2022, took its current name in June 2023 and acquired DBT Capital AB on 2 February 2026.
