Northwest Bank
Northwest Bank is a Pennsylvania-chartered savings bank. It was founded in 1896 and is headquartered in Warren, Pennsylvania. It is wholly owned by Northwest Bancshares, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed bank holding company based in Columbus, Ohio. The bank offers personal, business and commercial banking, together with wealth management, trust and employee benefit services, in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and Indiana. On 25 July 2025 the holding company acquired Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc., and the Penns Woods banks, Jersey Shore State Bank and Luzerne Bank, merged into Northwest Bank.
