Bank PSB PJSC, formerly Promsvyazbank, is a Russian public joint-stock company. It holds a universal banking licence from the Bank of Russia and has its registered address in Yaroslavl. The Russian Federation owns 100% of the bank through the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo). The bank serves retail, SME and corporate clients, and since 2018 it has been the designated bank for state defence procurement and large state contracts. It was under Bank of Russia temporary administration from December 2017 to September 2018. It absorbed Svyaz-Bank in May 2020 and Roscosmosbank in May 2021, and took its current name on 1 April 2025. It appears on the OFAC SDN list, the EU asset-freeze list and the UK sanctions list.
