# Riyad Bank
Riyad Bank is a Saudi joint stock company with its head office in the King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh. It was formed by Royal Decree and Council of Ministers Resolution No. 91 of 23 November 1957. Its shares are listed on the Saudi Exchange, and the Public Investment Fund is its largest shareholder. The bank provides retail, corporate, treasury and investment services, including Shariah-compliant products approved by its own Shariah board. Outside Saudi Arabia it has a branch in London, an agency in Houston and a representative office in Singapore. In April 2026 shareholders approved an increase in share capital from SAR 30 billion to SAR 40 billion through a bonus share issue.
