Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) is a Vietnamese joint-stock commercial bank headquartered at 18 Le Van Luong, Hanoi. It was founded on 4 November 1994, and its shares have traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange since 1 November 2011. Its largest shareholders are Viettel, SCIC, Vietnam Helicopter Corporation and Saigon Newport Corporation, and it offers retail, SME and corporate banking, with securities, fund management, insurance and consumer finance provided through subsidiaries. On 17 October 2024 the State Bank of Vietnam compulsorily transferred OceanBank to MB, which later renamed it Modern Bank of Vietnam Limited (MBV).
