J.P. Morgan Securities plc is a public limited company incorporated in England and Wales. Its registered office is at 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London. It is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Its immediate parent is J.P. Morgan Capital Holdings Limited. The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) authorises the bank, and the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulate it. According to its 2025 annual report, it is the group's principal operating subsidiary in the United Kingdom, and its activities are markets trading, underwriting, M&A advisory, brokerage and clearing. It was incorporated in 1992 and took its current name in July 2012. Its previous name was J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd.
