The government's 53.19% stake was transferred to the operating holding of BPI Danantara on 22 March 2025. The Republic of Indonesia keeps one Series A Dwiwarna share. The bank focuses on micro, small and medium enterprises. It also offers consumer, commercial, corporate, treasury and international banking. Its subsidiaries include Pegadaian, PNM, Bank Raya and BRI Life.
