Saigon Treasure Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SACOMBANK) is a Vietnamese commercial joint stock bank with its head office in Ho Chi Minh City. It was founded in 1991 and its shares are listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange under the ticker STB. It offers retail, SME and corporate banking, cards, trade finance and payment services, and has subsidiaries in Cambodia and Laos. Southern Commercial Joint Stock Bank merged into it on 1 October 2015, and it took its current name on 1 June 2026, replacing Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
