UAB "NS Pay" is a Lithuanian private limited company based in Vilnius. The Bank of Lithuania authorises it as an electronic money institution under licence No. 97, issued on 14 May 2024. In November 2021 the crowdfunding platform operator UAB Nordstreet described the firm as its subsidiary. It provides electronic money accounts and payment services to lenders and borrowers of a crowdfunding platform, only for loan contracts concluded on that platform. It is the payment operator of the Nordstreet platform. From 2021 until May 2024 it held a limited electronic money institution licence, which a licence for non-limited activity replaced.

Sources & method

Every value comes from a public source, such as Swift’s ISO 9362 BIC directory, GLEIF or the OFAC and EU sanctions lists. Most sources are matched on a BIC or an LEI, not on a name.

Swift GPI membership is matched on names and is indicative. A missing sanctions match does not mean that no listing applies. Always screen against the official lists.

Register entries are not screened against sanctions lists. The sanctions facts on this page cover the BIC and its LEI only.

An institution is one entry in the directory: a BIC8 in Swift’s directory, or a firm on a tracked register that holds no BIC. Licences held by an institution with a BIC are shown on its page.
