Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A. (BNL) is an Italian joint-stock bank. Its registered office and head office are in Rome. BNP Paribas S.A. is its sole shareholder and exercises direction and coordination over it. The group has owned the bank since 2006. BNL serves retail, private, small business, corporate and public-sector clients across Italy, and it is the parent of the BNL banking group. Founded in 1913 and listed in Milan from 1998, the bank absorbed Banca Agevolarti S.p.A. with effect from 1 January 2025.
