Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) is a Vietnamese joint stock commercial bank with its head office in Ho Chi Minh City. It was founded in 1989 as Ho Chi Minh City Housing Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank. Its shares have been listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange since January 2018. It absorbed DaiABank in December 2013 and took over DongA Bank by mandatory transfer in 2025, which now operates as its wholly owned subsidiary Vikki Digital Bank.
