Bank Hapoalim B.M. is an Israeli banking corporation with its head office at 50 Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv. It was founded in 1921 by the Zionist Histadrut and the Histadrut General Federation of Hebrew Workers. Its shares trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and it has had no controlling shareholder since Arison Holdings sold down its stake from late 2018. It provides retail, commercial, corporate and capital-market banking in Israel, and its international business runs mainly through a branch in New York.
