Raiffeisen Bank International AG
Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) is an Austrian joint-stock company and credit institution headquartered in Vienna. Eight regional Raiffeisen banks hold 61.17% of its shares under a syndicate agreement. The remaining shares are free float listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. RBI is the central institution of the Austrian Raiffeisen Banking Group and a corporate and investment bank in Austria. It has subsidiary banks in 11 Central and Eastern European markets. It began operating under its current name in October 2010 and absorbed its former parent, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich, in March 2017.
